Welcome to My Search Insights! By installing and using our Chrome extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the extension.

- Google OAuth Authentication: To use the extension, you must authenticate with your Google Search Console account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.

- Prohibited Uses: You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or disrupt the operation of the extension.
3. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is paramount. Use of the extension is governed by our Privacy Policy. All retrieved Google Search Console statistics and profile data are processed and cached locally on your device and are never sent to third-party servers.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The My Search Insights Chrome extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Search Console data retrieved.
- The uninterrupted or error-free availability of the extension.

In no event shall the developers or creators of My Search Insights be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
